When checking according to section 126, if such documents are not in accordance with the format of the law, the transactions required to be disclosed are not disclosed, there are inaccuracies or incompleteness in writing, presentation or mention, or there are differences in numbers or letters, and if such errors are corrected, the relevant officer shall register such documents. In the document related to the transaction, the date should be mentioned in writing and the seal of the court should be affixed to the bench and returned to the concerned person.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if there is more than three days of limitation or deadline left for a document to be registered, within the remaining limit or deadline, and if less than three days are left for the deadline or deadline, if it is brought for registration or correction within seven days from the date of registration, the concerned officer shall register such document. An order should be given.
(3) If there is an order according to sub-section (2), the court shall register such a document.
